Magʻoki Attor

 A Journey Through Time

During my recent trip to Bukhara, I had the opportunity to visit Magʻoki Attor, one of the oldest mosques in Central Asia. I traveled with my university friends, our teacher Mohichehra Temirovna, and Nima Majidi. It was an experience that brought history to life.

As we approached the mosque, the first thing we noticed was its unique architecture. The brickwork and the intricate patterns on the facade are truly impressive. The entrance itself is adorned with beautiful, detailed carvings that tell stories from a bygone era.

Our teacher, Mohichehra Temirovna, explained the significance of the site and its various phases of construction. Listening to her, I felt a deep connection to the past and could imagine how this place must have looked centuries ago.

Inside the mosque, we marveled at the ancient pillars and the peaceful atmosphere. Despite its age, the structure still stands strong, a testament to the craftsmanship of the people who built it. Nima Majidi shared some interesting facts about the mosque’s history and its role in the community over the years.

This trip to Magʻoki Attor with my friends and our teacher was more than just a visit to a historic site; it was a journey through time. It made me appreciate the depth of history and culture that Bukhara holds and left me with memories that will last a lifetime.

If you ever find yourself in Bukhara, a visit to Magʻoki Attor is a must. It's a place where history comes alive...😊❤️
